  • All MTN Afghanistan 2G/3G/4G prepaid and postpaid customers can subscribe to Ejtemae daily, weekly and monthly data bundles.
  • Customer can subscribe to daily Ejtemae data bundle 55MB via all available activation channels, USSD string *344*511# or USSD menu *344# press 5 than press 1 or via SMS type 511 send to 344.
  • Customer can subscribe to weekly Ejtemae data bundle 160MB via all available activation channels, USSD string *344*512# or USSD menu *344# press 5 than press 2 or via SMS type 512 send to 344.
  • Customer can subscribe to monthly Ejtemae data bundle 500MB via all available activation channels, USSD string *344*513# or USSD menu *344# press 5 than press 3 or via SMS type 513 send to 344.
  • Daily Ejtemae data bundle is valid for 24 hours.
  • Weekly Ejtemae data bundle is valid for 7 calendar days.
  • Monthly Ejtemae data bundle is valid for 30 calendar days.
  • Customer will be allowed to do multiple subscriptions.
  • In case of multiple subscriptions at any Ejtemae data bundle, customer’s quota will be accumulated and validity will be reset according to subscribed bundle validity.
  • Customer can subscribe to other data bundles while he/she subscribed in same bundle.
  • In the above mentioned case, each bundle can be utilized based on data usage priority and each bundle will get expire based on the respective bundle validity.
  • Auto renewal is applicable on the latest activated bundle only.
  • All Ejtemae data bundles are auto renewable after bundle expiry.
  • In case of insufficient balance in customer account, auto renewal will be suspended for 72 hours, if customer gets sufficient balance during this period; he/she will be automatically subscribed to the latest activated bundle.
  • Customer can de-activate this bundle via all available de-activation channels, USSD string *344*8# or USSD menu *344# press 8 than press 1 or via SMS type D send to 344.
  • Deactivation is not affecting customer’s remaining MBs till respective expiry date.
  • Deactivation is stopping auto renewal only.
  • Customer remaining quota will be confiscated after the bundle expiry.
  • Customer can inquiry his/her remaining MBs and validity via all available inquiry channels, USSD string *344*7# or USSD menu *344# press 7 or via SMS type 7 send to 344.
  • Data PAYG charges after bundle fully consumption or expiry will be applying based on customer existing tariff plan.
  • All Ejtemae data bundle’s 50% quota will be working for Facebook and 50% will be working for normal data usage, customer can also use all quotas for Facebook only.
  • In Ejtemae data bundle, if customer starts using Facebook application, so he/she will be charging from Facebook quota, if he/she starts using normal internet browsing (Google, You Tube, OTTs or other websites) in this case he/she will be charging from normal data quota.

Frequently Asked Questions

What will happens if I have a Facebook bonus from daily 200MB bundle or monthly 4GB bundle and subscribe to a Facebook bundle?

The Facebook bonus has priority over the Facebook bundles. You will have to consume your bonus in order to be able to use your Facebook bundle.

What will happen to my remaining data if I subscribe to the same social bundle again and again?

In case you have data left in your existing bundle then your new bundle will add to your existing bundle and the validity period will reset to the maximum validity of the subscribed bundle. The daily social bundle will accumulate with the daily bundle only. Same goes for the weekly and monthly social bundles.

Can I benefit from the social bundles on a hotspot?

No, the social bundles can only be benefited from on a mobile device, specifically for WhatsApp or Facebook mobile applications, Facebook messenger and www.m.facebook.com

How long is the validity of the Daily Social bundles?

Unlike the normal daily bundles the daily social bundles have a validity of 24 hours.

How much is the validity of the block which is added with the social bundles?

The block added with subscription to a social bundle has same validity as the bundle. If you remove the block and added again manually, it will have unlimited validity, unless removed by you.

I am not able use browse other websites after subscribing to the social bundles despite having a normal bundle?

Up on subscription to the social bundles all other traffic is blocked. You will have to SMS 81 to 344 to be able to use your normal bundles again.

Will I be able to make VoIP calls and share multimedia with social bundles?

Yes, there are no restrictions over any type of multimedia or VoIP call.
