ANS: To benefit from the new monthly voice bundles the registered subscribers will be required to fully utilize their current free minutes and subscribe to one of the new monthly voice bundles or wait for the renewal to happen at the end of the cycle which will renew the new Monthly voice bundles.

Based on calendar change at the end of the cycle, system will check if the customers balance in main account equals the bundle subscription charges the system will automatically deduct the amount and renew the bundle unless customer will be deactivated and SMS notification will be pushed to the customer.

Q5: What will happen to Subscribers Already Registered to Currently Live Monthly Voice Bundles?

ANS: To benefit from the new monthly voice bundles the registered subscribers will be required to fully utilize their current free minutes and subscribe to one of the new monthly voice bundles or wait for the renewal to happen at the end of the cycle which will renew the new Monthly voice bundles.

ANS: Yes. Upon fully utilizing the current free minutes in DAs subscribers will be able to resubscribe the same bundle again.
