Job description
Job Summary
- Responsible for distributor’s & retailers commission provision, payment and controlling
- Booking & preparing report for post paid bill payment and security deposit
Duties & Responsibilities
- Booking post bill payment on daily basis & reconciliation on weekly basis
- Booking security deposit on daily basis & reconciliation on weekly basis
- Record daily stock report of CSP and its cash receipt
- ERS transfer & reconciliation to all local and international distributor
- Responsible for reconciliation of all collection bank account
- Prepare interconnect net Net-Off report
- AR-GL reconciliation
- Calculating cost, discount booking and posting
- Distributers commission provision calculation and booking
- Calculation and booking of retailers commission provision, verification and control
- Apply of all post paid & corporate invoices with cash on monthly basis
- Reconciliation of interconnect
- Prepare Simbox analysis report
- Reconciliation of inventory between GP-Itrack & checking with physical stock in warehouse
- Prepare commission analysis summary on monthly basis
- Prepare cost analysis summary on monthly basis
- Reconciliation of corporate customer account
- Apply all retailers invoices with cash on monthly basis
- Any other task(s) as assigned by the Supervisor
