Job Summary
The mission to coordinate and support t by effectively managing the reporting requirements & develop automated dashboards and analysis for management review.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Regular revenue, recharge and geographical analysis, to find gaps and propose solutions for enhancement of revenue
- Building a customer and market understanding through market studies & data analysis
- Reporting and tracking key deliverables based on the product development plan and process within the responsible functional area
- Escalating and follow-up issues which are beyond its functional area and seek timely solutions
- Generate daily revenue report looking at all streams, overall and on per location
- Generate voice revenue
- Generate gross adds and recharge reports and analysis
- Prepare monthly governance report, CVS (Customer Valuation Segment) report
- Analyze and evaluate success of a product
- Generate other on demand reports from ATRA etc
- Generate RGS & Revenue analysis report per location
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools to present key marketing metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality checks.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast trends and the potential impact of marketing strategies.
