Job SummaryJob Summary

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of MTN Afghanistan. This role entails overseeing the sales, marketing, and customer service functions to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals. The CCO will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Developing and Implementing Commercial Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve business growth and increase market share.
  • Align the commercial strategy with the company’s overall vision and objectives, ensuring cross-functional integration and coherence.
  • Regularly review and adapt the strategy to respond to market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance.

Driving Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of effective sales and marketing plans that meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market data and financial metrics to make informed decisions that maximize profitability.

Enhancing Customer Experience:

  • Develop and implement customer service standards and processes to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels through feedback mechanisms and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues promptly and enhance customer loyalty.
