Job description
Job Summary
The mission is to carry out coordination of Customer concerns, queries among Head offices and CSP’s to ensure the prevailing queries have been resolved.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Monitoring and Controlling Regional CSP staff
- Provide administration and logistics support to CSP’s in all provinces
- Coordinate services to walk in customers; address, listen to and resolve customer complaints / queries
- Coordinate services such as change of SIM cards, registration of prepaid lines etc for customers;
- Coordinate reconnection and disconnection of clients accounts;
- Coordinate activation of international roaming and activation of GPRS and Wireless Office;
- Provide online support to Regional CSP staff on when needed
- Elicit sale of new or additional standard services through prescribed routes
- Guide Regional CSP’s staff on solving new and unclear issues
- Training Regional CSP’s staff on relevant tasks and issues
- Getting and sending daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Walk-in status and other reports
- Support Regional CSP staff in creation and termination of access to System, RMS, MINSAT, TABS, Webcare, SALES and other applications
- Dealing with IPF’s of relevant Regional CSP staff
- Undertake other duties that are assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
