Job description
Job Summary
The mission is to coordinate in managing the facilities; administration; warehousing and distribution to ensure Chat the stock is correctly documented; safely kept and required quantities of products are available for distribution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Stock level management — stocktaking of all items including commercial I
- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, security and dispatch of
- Maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval
- Obsolete stock management — report and flag slow moving stock eliminate obsolete
- Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the securityof the building and
- Design and implement reports for monitoring repairs and
- Check inventory levels by monitoring the daily activity report of orders landed and
- Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of facilities for storing and distributing
- Responsible of protecting the inventory from damage, loss and theft
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance Department for release of stock to the distribut
- Provide support and relevant documents to distributors while issuing stock.
- Ensure the proper packaging of the SIMs inthe SIM packs and Cha L required quantities are packaged on
- Ensure delivery of SIM packs and other products Lo regional
- Coordinate with Fleet, Security and legal departments Lo arrange logistics Lo regional
- Follow up with So les & Distribution Lo get target quantity for
- Coordinate with marketing Lo determine the promo
- Coordinatewith IT for free numbers availability and
- Monitor, check and approve of gate passes for the released/Issued Stock to CSP, Distributors and internal Monitor GP and Itrac (Inventory Systems) Posting/approving of transferred stock in GP and Itrac.
