Job SummaryJob Summary

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:

Manage the implementation of MTNA Mobile Money (MoMo) S&D strategies, plans & initiatives with the support of Regional Managers, Merchants and Agents.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks:

  • Provide clarity on MoMo strategy for the S&D Regional Managers and distributors/partners/master agents.
  • Manage the implementation of MoMo sales plans and drive channel plans across country in coordination of regional managers.
  • Management of assigned MTN Master agent (s) to ensure target achievement and sanity in their MoMo operation territories
  • Third party team management to ensure strict adherence to MoMo policies.
  • Monitor performance of field team
  • Lead team, master agents, distributors & partners to deliver on MoMo Projects & initiatives.
  • Champion the drive on MoMo Bulk Payment and Super Merchant concepts.
  • Implementation of key initiatives to grow MoMo business in the across regions.
  • Lead team to deliver on school fees/hospital/taxi payment projects

Make regular contact with key customers to build stronger relationship.
