Job description
Job Summary
The mission is to organize necessary safety & security requirements for all staff and facilities operated by MTNA and to provide security intelligence in order to safeguard company’s installations, personnel and properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
Safeguard of Company’s Property:
- Deploy efficient security measures to all installations.
- Monitor and evaluate the implemented security procedures regularly.
- Take necessary actions to mitigate potential security risks.
Crime Investigations:
- Investigate crimes and fraud promptly.
- Gather evidence, conduct interviews, and collaborate with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on investigations.
Manages Internal and External Security:
- Ensure efficient and appropriate placement of guards and security equipment.
- Collaborate with external security agencies to enhance the overall security of the company.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify security gaps and implement necessary improvements.
Implementation of Required Security Procedures:
- Monitor the implementation of security procedures.
- Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance security protocols.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on security procedures.
Workplace Safety:
- Regularly inspect the workplace to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address safety concerns.
Budget Control:
- Ensure cost-effective implementation of security projects.
- Prepare and manage the security budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising security standards.
