Job SummaryJob Summary

The mission of this job is to promote both existing and newly introduced products to the corporate segment and provide on time and accurate relevant analysis and reports.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities

Key Tasks:  

  • Arrange meetings with corporate accounts
  • Daily minimum 3 visits to corporate accounts for briefing them about MTNA business products & services
  • Prospects for new corporate accounts
  • Follow up with the prospect accounts until the deal is closed
  • Prepare and send daily visit report to line supervisor
  • Resolve the complaints of existing customers Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Follows up on daily sales activities with existing and new clients
  • Introduces new services to existing clients to increase sales and account subscription size
  • Prepares relevant sales report
  • Develops & maintains relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Seek referrals from current customers
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
  • Provides competitor’s corporate information.
  • Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Monthly Reports and keeping them in a proper and confidential manner.
  • Providing proper and accurate daily sales and activation.
  • Coordination with Sales, HR and finance on Sales agents monthly salaries on time.
  • Providing daily, weekly and performance report and ensure the accuracy and proper report format
  • Providing partner commission reports (Monthly & Quarterly), coordinating with finance department and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinating within the partners and EBU team to get the monthly market competition reports and ensuring the accuracy and proper report format
  • Follow up with customers on the pending dues.
  • Organizing monthly report on the same date received from IT and sharing with finance for invoicing
  • Close follow up with finance to invoice the clients on the same date.
  • On time follow up with each client to pay the invoice based on agreed payment term and before invoice due date.
  • Providing any other reports as per department requirements.
  • Being flexible for extra hours working as per the department requirements
