Job Summary
Coordinate the business dealings of distributors with MTN Afghanistan
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
- Set monthly Voucher, EVD and SIM card targets for distributors based on last month’s achievements.
- Deliver precise daily cash reports for SIM, Voucher, and EVD to support S&D and MTN target achievement.
- Coordinate with Finance and Warehouse to issue stock based on distributor purchase orders.
- Establish Electronic Recharge System (ERS) targets for distributors.
- Manage daily coordination of invoices from international vendors like Transfer2, Easytop, and Tranglo.
- Generate daily sales and cash reports to compare targets versus achievements.
- Create comprehensive performance reports for distributors.
- Prepare and securely store daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cash reports.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly commission reports for distributors in coordination with Finance.
- Calculate monthly commissions for distributors (SIM, Voucher, and EVD) as per SLA.
- Ensure commissions and purchase orders are prepared and released within SLA deadlines.
