Job description
Job Summary
The mission is to develop and build MFS Inbound Remittance traffic, Reconcile with Aggregators. Assure E-Float availability in carrier wallet. Ensure Cash Availability in Market to serve customers. Compliance with DAB EMI regulation. Develop processes to enhance service ease and availability. Ensure all outstanding issues are resolved and maintain relationships; negotiate and contract with Remittance partners;
Duties & Responsibilities
• Liaise with regulatory body on issues of Compliance.
Remittance partnership for worldwide MFS coverage
• Assist in the development and/or implementation of new products and through new partners.
• Manage cross functional relationships with Sales to ensure Cash Availability in the Market.
• Evaluate and select partners to meet desired business objectives
• Evaluate Remittance traffic profiles in terms of profitability, while ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain effective processes ensuring service level agreements are met with the various Remittance carriers.
• Plan and direct MFS Remittance capacities and philosophy / strategy
• Oversee Remittance relationships and performance
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances within and outside the organization through development of mutual goals, key link between overseas Remittance aggregators
• Plan and schedule implementation of agreements with partners within and outside the operating country.
• Ensure that the revenue affecting business processes have inbuilt mechanisms to assure revenue streams via visibility, controls and good process design
• Establish and maintain reconciliation processes to ensure end-to-end visibility of revenue streams and accuracy
• Benchmark KPI’s across different partners.
• Assess and improve on reporting and revenue methodology consistently
