• Customer can inquiry remaining data quota “MB” via USSD menu *344# reply 7 or *247# reply by 3,7.
• MTN data bundles auto renewal default status is inactive, customer can activate bundle with auto renewal option which is providing on the time of subscription.
• Customer can subscribe MTN Data Bundles multiple times.
• Multiple subscription allows data quota to be accumulated and restore the validity up to the maximum expiry period of the respective bundle.
• Cross subscription is allowed it means customer can subscribe other data and voice bundles in parallel.
• Up on expiry the remaining MB will be confiscated.
