MTN New Data Bundles Business & Operational Rules:
- This offer is available for MTN prepaid and postpaid customers.
- MTN data bundles can subscribe via USSD menu (*344# or *247#), USSD starting (*344*512#), and SMS channel(Send 512 to 344).
- Customer can inquiry remaining data quota “MB” via USSD menu *344# reply 7 or *247# reply by 3,7.
- MTN data bundles auto renewal default status is inactive, customer can activate bundle with auto renewal option which is providing on the time of subscription.
- Customer can subscribe MTN New Data Bundles multiple times.
- Multiple subscription allows data quota to be accumulated and restore the validity up to the maximum expiry period of the respective bundle.
- Cross subscription is allowed it means customer can subscribe other data and voice bundles in parallel.
- Up on the deactivation of the data bundle the quota will not be removed.
- Up on the deactivation of the data bundle the quota will not be removed.
- Up on expiry the remaining MB will be confiscated.
