Every month customers will receive a bill, and at the end of that billing cycle, your plan inclusions will automatically refresh. MTN-A has different Postpaid packages tailored based on customer requirements.

MTN-A follows the ATRA procedure for SIM registration and KYC requirements.

Each month Postpaid invoice will be shared to the company provided authorized email address and can be paid in cash at MTN-A customer service points or in MTN-A specific Bank account. Furthermore, customers can also pay their bill using MTN Top Up cards or directly from the available balance in their prepaid account.
