No. CRBT content/song is not renewable.

Yes. Subscription to the CRBT service is renewable. Subscribers are going to be charged AFA 10 for 30 days, or in case subscriber doesn’t have AFA 10 in his/her account the fallback charges will be applicable, for details see the below table.

All the CRBT content/songs downloaded over any channel will be sited for all callers except if its being selected to be sited for special callers through the following procedures.

IVR: The sooner the subscriber choses an RBT he or she is going to be asked either to sit it for all callers or special callers, to sit for special caller subscriber is going to be asked to enter the 9 local number digit code that the customers wants the RBT content to be sited and confirm the number.

USSD: After choosing the favorite RBT, subscriber is going to be asked either to sit the RBT for all callers are special callers, to set the song for special caller the subscriber is going to be asked to enter the 9digit local number and press 1 to confirm the number.

A CRBT registered subscriber can gift an RBT content through the following storefronts

IVR: After choosing the CRBT content subscriber is going to be asked either to sit it for callers or gift it, to gift the content subscriber is going to be asked to enter the 9digit local number and confirm.

USSD: After choosing the CRBT content subscriber is going to be asked either to sit it for callers or gift it, to gift the content subscriber is going to be asked to enter the 9digit local number and confirm.

SMS: After choosing the CRBT content subscriber is going to be asked either to sit it for callers or gift it, to gift the content subscriber is going to be asked to enter the 9digit local number and confirm. Gifter and the giftee both are going to be informed through SMS. After the Content has been gifted the gifter would have the rights either to accept the gift or reject it.

For gifting a song, the gifter is going to be charged AFA 10.

AZAN is a totally different service; it allows subscribers to allow their callers to hear AZAN during the prayer times. During the non-prayer times the callers are going to hear the RBT content/song if downloaded any

Subscriber is going to be charged AFA 10 for Activating Azan service. Azan is valid for life time and it would not renew CRBT service activation is must for Azan activation and CRBT service will renew only.

IVR: After dialing the IVR short code 8863, subscriber is going to be asked to either subscribe to CRBT service or AZAN service, subscriber would need to choose Azan and follow the instructions.

SMS: Subscriber would need to Type “Azan” and send it to the short code 8863.

What is system defined shuffle/bundles?

Shuffle means bundle, there are three system defined shuffles, for details see the below table.

For 3 songs bundle: type “SHU <3>” and send it to short code 8863.

System defined shuffle/bundle can be deactivated through IVR, USSD and Web portal storefronts. Dial the short code 8863 or *886#, got to the help and manage menu then press 3 for songs management, select the shuffle and you will be asked either to set it for callers or deactivate it.

User defined shuffle is the user defined bundle, it allows subscribers to download a list of RBTs and let them play in loop for callers one after another. User defined shuffle is activated by default for all the subscribers If its been deactivated by a customer, it won’t work simply by enabling it from the help and manage menu. Post enabling it, customer would have to go to the tone/songs management and set the songs for all callers for the songs to play in loop.

Name tune is a new feature where the called party sit his/her name instead of the songs to play for the callers. To set the Name Tune type “NT and send it to short code 8863, if the name is already available in the names library, you will be asked to reply with NT 1 or else the customer has to create the name by “Create Name” The new name is going to be recorded in 72 hours and the customer is going to be informed through SMS containing the name tune code.

A single customer can download up to 10 RBTs at a time.

CRBT can be deleted through the following storefronts. SMS: Type “DEL ” and send it to the short code 8863

IVR: dial the short code 8863, press star for help and manage menu, press 3 for tunes management and select the songs that you want to delete.

USSD: dial the short code *886#, press 9 for account management, and then press 1 for tunes management, select the song and delete it.
